Grilled Amberjack in Orange Butter Almond Sauce and Wine

2 lbs. Amberjack
Orange butter almond sauce
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 cup orange Juice concentrate
1/4 cup white wine
3 dozen yellow raisins
Dash of soy sauce
sm. handful of sliced almonds

Grill fish and brush with butter while cooking. In sauce pan cook over low heat all ingredients while hot whisk until it becomes a smooth sauce.
Pour over the grilled Amberjack and sprinkle almond on top of fish.
